For those of ‘you’ (who are not yet an extension of i, looking for what ‘to do’ to heal and raise consciousness) look where ‘you’ are cruel and refrain, keep ‘your’ cruelty and see/feel/acknowledge what happens… then, extent ‘your’ search to look for cruelty in ‘your’ ancestry, clan, community and country, then, make a choice, decide not to go along and again see/feel/acknowledge what happens….
For/to me, the flow of love became bigger and more powerful this way, could that perhaps happen for/to ‘you’ too? I can be an extension of you, and vice versa if you allow, like me, it.
Me = same / selfsame / identical to ‘the me’ in you.
It (flow of spirit) is Our Me.

PS If I share a story, the meaning it has in my life, what I realize because of it and what I did with this realization… you don’t have to copy that. You can realize what you need to realize and do with it what you need to do; you might also want to share all that and then a reality manifests that wasn’t born before.
Shared Stories, Realizations and Knowledge Become Wisdom
Just a thought: if a (wo)man gifts me a million I can pass this money on to (wo)men who need it the most. Not as a charity but as a barter for attention to excessive tension, following up on prompts of our spirited body, allowing healing and rise of consciousness, realizing Okeko together, becoming love, intentionally pass it on, sharing (healing) stories and creating an art to live-on.
The money flows then as a currency of gratitude instead of getting piled up higher and higher in a bank (which it does automatically anyway) and this flow of gratitude can make it clear that ‘we’ (as an extension of ‘our me’) see through the money game with cruel rules that dis-empower the majority of creatures in our humaniversity in order for creatures unable/unwilling to just be in an undivided duality reality (transpersonal individuality) to live like imprisoned God(esse)s.

PPS Since you can call me a slow traveller, I can assure you that it’s not only the Scots, who are tamed by cruelty, it’s part of a cult… i.e. occult part of culture everywhere. Just a suggestion: Keep this part to yourself, process, progress and gradually lose cruelty, let it leave you, so that the flow of life becomes visible, acknowledged, felt, and passed on.
“You Are Out Of Your Mind…”
Yep, that’s right, and I’m not going back in!
A snippet of conversation between a partner and me. We were disembarking a relation-ship when i was letting go of the mind-program running in the background that forced me to subdue spirited energies-in-formation to comfort the programmed mind in another body. But only programmed minds clash. When Universal flows are permitted, the mind is able to let them through in the body and ‘our speakers’ are allowed to express, ‘there’ is no contradiction, and then the same happens in ‘here’ (in our me).
Convictions Make Convicts And Victims
I felt imprisoned by the imprints on mind and emotions installed before the kindergarten age (before 7) and it was not the first time that I felt that in a relationship. After breaking up, I recognized the same mind-pattern and emotional setting in all my relations with others, even without embarking on ships… and then I realized the social structure and control grid in my community. I’ve traced the patterns and settings back to two of my great-grandparents and realized i was copying what they’d installed ‘to make it’ through their trauma, and now I see that realizing this is part of allowing healing.
It’s just like ‘catwoman’ said in an earlier podcast:
“I broke the cycle of cruelty”.
